SECURITY GUARD HAS NO MANNER. I was at the mall on August 1 around midday and had quite a disturbing moment as I saw a mother (Asian) with her disabled daughter with a wheelchair being technically harassed by this security guard around 50 years old and I had a glimpse of his badge number 18 I reckon a caucasian and I reckon from his behaviour he is an EAST European man (seen him before as well) Yes the daughter must have been scared as she was screaming her lung out and I overheard he was threatening to call the police if they didn't leave, I wonder why such action can't he just use his common sense? My thought for the family and I think Pacific Mall should launch an investigation and give this security guard a position guarding the toilets and the carpark instead inside the Mall as threatening your customer especially person with disability to call the police is just don't sit right with me!
