Abysmal service!! Waited 10 minutes and both servers saw me. 2 ladies walk in and are greeted straight away and served by one of the assistants, who then asks if I needed help, to which I replied "Yes please". She told the other server about me and whilst on her way over to me another customer walks in that she then helps. Absolutely ridiculous. I was there to enquire about an eye test tat I'm due, buy a new pair of sunglasses and to replace 3 other sets lenses. Will not be back!!
