They advertised $120 for half a head of foils, toner and treatment. The lady had mixed the toner in a room and as she came out with the mixed toner said she did a tint toner as your hair will look better. Got to pay and was charged $170!! I asked why and she replied “ the toner was extra ( which she decided to do) and I figured you didn’t want to go home with wet hair! My daughter was with me and instead of $120 paid $180. WILL NOT BE BACK!
