2 months ago I ordered an item online, paid for it. I've spent the last 2 months trying to find where my item is, it's never been dispatched, I cannot access the "karma club" to find my order, I guess that's karma hey. Not a single number I try to call(all over Australia) answers. Their online chat doesn't work. There's no email address to contact them, that actually works. So they've taken a chunk of my money, never to be seen again. I got an email this morning simply saying your order has been cancelled. Nothing about my money being refunded. THIS COMPANY HAS TURNED INTO A MASSIVE FRAUD, AND IS HAPPY TO STEAL YOUR MONEY.Id give it zero stars if I could. Actually ignore the below rating and go by this one:-ZERO⭐

Order a month ago 26/7 still waiting for delivery & they still send emails to buy there products on line it’s poor customer service .

Placed prefer well to over a month ago sit l have not recieved order and have sent numerous emails with absolutely No Response..you haven't even read emails I'm assuming..Not good CUSTOMER SERVICE
