Firstly, I am not associated with Optus in any way. But I am using Optus services (family mobile phones, home wireless with the latest modem, Apple watch with sim). I must admit that staff at Westfield Southland are extremally helpful and technical experts. I am in IT for over 30 years and they were able to assist me with the most tricky changes to my plans and configuration. Great service and well done!. Yes the place is busy (the problem is that if you are good, you have customers..) but it is definitely to wait in a queue as you will get full attention with good result. Highly recommended!
