On Saturday I purchased a jacket for my partner, only to find that the size I had chosen was the incorrect size. On Sunday I returned to the store and requested a refund. Noting that on the docket it states refunds will not be given if you change your mind. I did not change my mind, only the size was not right. The staff tried others stores to see if another store had the size I required, however, I was not successful. I then requested a refund only to be advised that only head office can approve refunds. That's all well and good, but I did not change my mind, just that the size was incorrect. Very disappointing, when many other stores are only to happy to oblige with a refund. So not happy!!!
