Rude staff with deceptive practices. They put lower price stickers on and then ring the price up higher and pressure you into paying the higher price. I'm pretty sure that's illegal.

Extremely rude staff member named Kalpana!!! Has no customer service experience or knowledge of consumer rights!! Absolutely disgusted by her rude behaviour today as I went in to return/exchange 2 shirts that had sunk drastically after one wash!!! She is so nasty and doesn’t care how she speaks to customers in full view of junior staff and other customers!!! She should be immediately stood down becoz a company like Connor with such a reputable name should hire people like this. On the DFO Connor website there are other customers who have also been a victim of this obnoxious person!! Never shopping there again!!!
