Ivy from the DFO Adairs Kids store in Essendon has despicable customer service. Not only did she not call back after 30 minutes, without apology, she also told me that it would be too difficult to help me with a request that team members from two other stores assured me would be a simple thing to do. To be treated so poorly by someone on the phone is extremely disappointing by a company that I valued and have supported to great extent. Please don't go to the DFO Kids store if you want good customer service and to be treated like you are not an annoyance. Very poorly done Ivy.
