Terrible experience. Store workers not trained correctly, couldn’t refund a faulty product as they don’t know the password for a refund. Item can’t be exchanged without an investigation and they can’t do so in store. Very poor experience and I own many B&O products. Not what I’d expect from such a brand or store.
