Terrible customer service, I bought a pair of sunglasses 2months ago, the lenses fell off. I go see what they can do about it the representative didn't even think twice. She tell me they can't do anything the best recommendation from her was to get new sunglasses. I called a Bailey Nelson at a different location, they were super helpful they told me I had warranty and my sunglasses were still under warranty. Never go Bailey Nelson Chadstone as they are not very helpful when it comes to wanting whats best for the customer
