WORST EXPERIENCE HERE. NK FASHION TTP So pov. I’m looking for an outfit for my birthday party on Saturday. I feel insecure about myself so decided not to wear a dress. And instead chose a size 10 top and size 12 pants (IM A SIZE 10 in pants) but wanted the extra room. The shirt fit perfectly. The pants fit fine and in fact where quite loose around the legs. Only problem was, the zip was dodgy. I tried to budge the zips (I’m sure every girl has faced the problem with there own jeans) and it will always zip up. ‼️The zip was dodgy and got stuck. I couldn’t unzip the pants coz it wouldn’t budge. Anyway I open the door to a male (this is a female clothing store only btw) and whispered the zip is dodgy and then he turned around laughed and yelled across to his co worker claiming it was “too tight” and I “forced the zip up” . I’m sitting there almost in tears to hear a customer laugh and go “she can’t get them off because they are too tight?” (She didn’t even see me, it wasn’t too tight it was literally the zip!) ‼️ So the workers and customers both humiliated me. I’m not really keen to try clothes on anymore. Thanks for killing any type of self esteem I had left.

I lost my 'lay by' money that I paid 2 weeks ago at the Rundle Mall Shop for a 'leopard print blouse' which Niki the Manager put away for me to pick up in 2 weeks. I wanted to pick up my blouse yesterday and the young 'sales girl' could not find it at all at the back room. She asked for my receipt, to which I told her was not given to me in a proper lay by manner. I have now lost my lay by money and it was in my opinion 'stolen'. I spent over a $100 few weeks back on some items as they fit me well, and I was hoping to shop again, but after this awful experience I won't be. There number on the website doesn't even work, and this service is very very unprofessional in the Rundle Mall Store.
