Westfield Tea Tree Plaza is a large shopping centre located in Modbury, South Australia, serving as a shopping hub for Adelaide’s growing north eastern suburbs. It is linked to the city by Adelaide’s unique O-Bahn Busway, which terminates at the Tea Tree Plaza Interchange. It opened in 1970 as Tea Tree Plaza and was rebranded as Westfield Tea Tree Plaza in 2003 after being acquired by the Westfield Group. Westfield Tea Tree Plaza offers over 4,000 parking spaces. There is lots of parking, both undercover and outdoors and we also cater for Parents with Prams, Disabled Shoppers, Seniors and Express Parking, with convenient designated areas located close to our main entrances. Please note that unless otherwise sign posted, parking in the Centre’s car park has a limit of 5 hours. Parking very close to entrances will normally have shorter time restrictions. They range from 15 minutes (near banks, postal services) to 90 minutes near Fresh Food. Westfield Tea Tree Plaza car parks are patrolled by parking inspectors from the City of Tea Tree Gully Council and revenue from parking infringements are receipted by the Council.
