I love all the specials and normally great service, but shopped there Tuesday 10th November 20, checkout lady kindly offered assistance getting the trolley to the car, which was a great help, The gentleman who came to take the trolley never acknowledged me or gave any indication he was happy to help, I apologised for having to park at the end of the car park, no reaction whatsoever, he did not speak one word, let me feeling I was absolutely an imposition on his time. I put the heavy bags in the car as the boot was full, he just stood there and looked at me He took the trolley and walked away, still not a word ! Most disappointed, why offer the service if it is begrudged by some team members , Makes me think it’s too hard to shop there
