Very rude service. Although I buy my coffee very often from here while my kids play nearby, I’ve never been happy with their abrupt, angry style of service. Their coffee is pretty average too. Today was particularly bad when I asked for a cup of water for my 2 small children. They normally have a jug with cups nearby, which wasn’t there, hence I asked for it. Their response was “it’s $2.60”. I said I didn’t want a bottle, just a cup, to which they rudely said “no sorry, it’s finished”. It saddens me that at this time of year when we should be smiling and passing joy to people, they would deny water to children! I won’t be buying my coffees from here again.
