This Pandora is a franchise store, and every time I have gone here I have had the worst customer service. The staff are rude and insipid towards their job. If I could give a rating of zero stars, that is what I would. While I was being served by a staff name Madi..I lost count of the numerous amount of time she was sighing due to the fact I took time deciding. After making a purchase of over $500 I came back to refund because I was that unhappy in the end, that I refuse to even give them my sale... I would never want to purchase from Pandora again and will tell all my friends and family. It's people like this staff member that ruins a business's image.
