One of the worst experiences in customer service i’ve ever experienced. Rude and unprofessional. They must have forgotten that they are in Australia. Yet they behave as if they are in some downtown Chinese shops serving Chinese customers. Furthermore, these young Chinese girls can hardly speak a decent word of English. I don’t know how they run their business when they are severely lacking in both customer service and communication. I don’t know why the shop is even there in the first place. They had better wise up or they won’t be in business for long with their pathetic and embarrassing service.
