I contacted High time in Maquarie Centre to repair my Omega Seamaster watch - the crown was not turning correctly. I then received a call to say that they couldn't fix the watch as it now needed further work costing $770. They had already indicated that it would be $350 to replace crown. I said to stop and I would come and collect the watch. They still insisted on charging me $350 for not fixing the watch. I since checked with an Expert Watch repair shop in Sydney CBD who deals in high end watch repairs and they confirmed that a) I should not have been charged for the non repair. b) the watch needs to be sent to Swatch Group Australia as they are the only people who can make this repair. In short I recommend NOT GOING NEAR THIS SHOP unless you want to buy a watch strap!
