I am very disappointed with the customer service, it’s shocking to see how the staff treated me after I decided to get more time to consider if I would buy the shoes right away. The staff was very rough and rude, he pack the shoes away with very unpleasant reply to me for not buying the shoes. I will definitely not to buy it from that staff with the terrible attitude, it’s a total failure for Ecco got good products but poorly trained staff in customer service. I have just bought two pairs Ecco sneakers online, instead of from the shop. It’s a very satisfying shopping experience without the rude staff.
