Terrible! One of your female staff checking the QR quote check-in is rude. Even after the young bloke at the door allow my wife and me in after I show him my check-in. She demanded to see it again. After that she again demanded(rudely) to see our vaccination certificates. Though we have full vaccination certificate, we were so disgusted by her attitude that we just walk away.
