I was totally disgusted with the way in which I was treated in your Dubbo store last Friday afternoon when I asked for assistance. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that the person who had offended me was the manager. Someone else said she wasn't manager. So how do I complain officially please. I have attended this store regularly for about 25 years.
