I purchased a Diesel Big Daddy watch from your ebay store (watchworks_1). The watch stopped working after 2 weeks, so it was returned for inspection. The seller has ceased communication and apparently decided to keep the watch and our money. I’m appalled that this type of behaviour is tolerated. This is now ‘theft’, and I would like a resolution to this matter ASAP.

Absolutely disgusted with my experience at Watchworks Northland store in Preston on Friday night 12th Feb 2021 After looking at watch bands on a stand and deciding on one I asked the lady what size my band was , she replied she didn't know and said she could not serve me, I said sorry what she repeated it I asked what time the close she replied and it was 17min till closing I explained if that's closing time you are still open and you can serve me. She said I will not I replied you are still open why not , she replied I have other things to do I repeated I don't believe it, it 15 mins to closing time you just told me when you close and I believe you should serve me . She shouted I WILL NOT. I am shocked I have no words for the treatment I received or lack of My rating is zero stars
