A dishonest company based off of profiting from susceptible customers. Selling products with empty promises, leaving their staff to receive the verbal and physical abuse from irate customers who are unhappy with their product (and for valid reasons). TV Direct treats its customers as imbeciles and it's staff as slaves, unallowed to sit down and take reasonable breaks. The products aren't tested properly or conceptualised - the employees wonder why a $69.00 cleaning stand isn't selling when it is overpriced and the packaging is horrendous. Overall, a company hinged on pure profit with no integrity behind the products, and poor treatment of everyone involved.
