Mt Ommaney store. I Took iPad mini & iPhone in to be repaired. When I picked them up the screen of the iPad was not stuck down. Harry told me to "put bulldog clips on it at home" I did this and under the pressure the screen cracked. I SMS Harry he said bring it in and I'll fix it. When Took it in he refused to fix it as the screen was cracked. I told him the screen cracked because of the pressure of the bulldog clips" his response - he doesn't know me, I could be lying and i could've dropped it and just wanted it to be fixed for free". And when I took the phone back to the girl who fixed the button as the screen is now coming off (was not before) she said she didn't do it, she only fixed the home button. When I explained to her that the I didn't have a problem with the screen until she fixed the button she said no she didn't do it and acted like she couldn't understand me then said she could fix the screen for $65. I paid for a service which I did not receive a service and my property has been damaged. both iPhone and iPad screens coming off and the iPad is unusable. Harry told me he would fix it if I paid for the cost of the screen a further $65. Fair trading will be hearing from me unless something is done to rectify this. I will also post in every 4074 Facebook page and tell all my friends to share this post if this is not fixed!! Buyer BEWARE!!!
