Disappointed - Jun 26, 2022
Bad experience. Bought wrong item and wanted refund. Man said they don’t do it and it is policy of every shop(questionable) and I can take it higher if I disagree. Quite a strong reaction from him as I didn’t expect to be a massive problem. Anyway I looked around and I tried to find something more suitable. Nothing caught my attention and I asked for voucher or credit note. So he said he doesn’t do it and to comeback later because there will be someone more suitable to assist me. My thought was “you running shop and you’re completely not prepared to do it right”. I insisted to obtain credit note at that time, I didn’t have intention to stay at shops for that long. Then he started to be extremely rude, cutting me off on every single word , completely disregarded couple more customers. And I was shocked, didn’t expect it to escalate to that level. I felt like intruder and worth nothing. Then he said, he will issue me credit note and asked me for my personal details. Asked why and he responded that he needs to know whom he writes it. Ridiculous! I was sooo angry and with great difficulties kept my calm. No one asking you for such an info when you making payment. OMG what an experience! He agreed to give me credit note valid for two months, rejected to be for longer period. I will probably ask a friend to use it. He said he is alway there so no chances to be serve by different person. Always tried to support local businesses but I’ll stay away from that shop and if I can give you guys an advice, be very careful and make sure you choose the wright item. Is not worth going what I went through and been verbally abused over such a common issue. I can’t give 0 star, he deserves even less than that.
