Nails are done well But , I wish there was someone at reception who would speak English!! Not get annoyed with customers asking questions because they, the staff, can’t or won’t understand! Also it would be very helpful if staff wore their names so we could identify them, particularly if we would like to ask for the same person again. It’s very nice to be asked if you would like tea or coffee but this is not consistent.
