TERRIBLE SERVICE, LIED TO ME ABOUT BATTERY REPLACEMENT FOR IPHONE, SOLD ME ANOTHER USELESS PHONE (SAMSUNG) ON A CHEAP PLAN. PHONE NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY, FEMALE SALES ASSISTANT REFUSED TO ASSIST ME AND GIVE ME DIRECTION. I'M A PENSIONER AND NOT TECH SAVVY.

Terrible service, really rude sales woman wouldn't explain the difference in the phones on display, smirked and sniggered at my questions, will never return to this store, she needs to do a customer service course badly or go into a different career path.
