Terribly incompetent service. Had to change ipad screen and after the screen was changed, the finger print id does not work anymore. Went back to them and they said it cannot be fixed as it got somehow badly glued and removing it damaged it. It was working all along before sending it to them and according to them, its not their fault and said every customer that sends their ipad for repairs need to bear a degree of risk of damage. It would have been a lot more acceptable if all this was clearly stated before the repairs, and even at the time of payment, nothing was mentioned the the finger print reader could not be tested as there was a layer of film on the new screen that he said to not remove until 1 hour later. Do not send your devices to this shop since they are not only incompetent, they do not take responsibilities for their errors.
