Honestly, I sold my shares in Telstra after visting this store in Cockburn Central. Staff were at the most, appathetic. Really poor service, and absolute crap they sell. I bought a $150 speaker, charging station that doesn't hold a charge.

Over the past few years I have done business with the Telstra Morley store ,Karrinyup store , kingsway store and also Telstra on the Sunshine Coast I have always dealt with good attentive staff in all of the stores and always left satisfied up until yesterday I went to the Telstra store at cockburn shopping centre The staff there are unhelpful not interested and make you feel like you are intruding on there time No wonder why I saw the Optus store and voda phone stores were busy and the Telstra store was empty This is how my conversation went Me : hi can I book an appointment for Fri morning please Staff: sorry we don’t do appointments Me :it’s because I will be comming from work and can’t take too much time off Staff: what time on fri Me: 9.00 Staff : you should not have to wait too long then just come and line up and we open at 9.00 and we do first come first served Me: it’s Black Friday won’t you be busy Staff: we open at 9.00 Me: I will be looking for 2 new iPhones and 2 new watches plus an iPad Staff: we can only do the watches if we have them in stock Me: can I order them now then Staff: we don’t take orders Me: also I would like to discuss my plans as we are on a 180 gig data a month and I am using about 5 Staff: we can look at that fri
