Worst ever.... Took my 83 year old Mum for perm, only to have her soaked from head to toe If they expecting a rave review ,im afraid your sadly mistaken . You DO NOT blame client for an issue that could have been prevented. Then charged her $148 for perm and $88 for trim and blow dry... A load of BS. WILL NEVER RETURN.
