I came in about a week ago and I bought the mini mermaid waver but it did not work for my hair, my hair was to short for the product it didn't give the results I wanted, so I came back the same day just later on and wanted to return the product and the lady that severed my was the rudest person I have ever met, she was yelling at me saying I was not entitled to a refund to the point I went back to work at cried from the way she treated me and handed the situation SHE MADE A 15 YEAR OLD GIRL CRY that is disgraceful and so unprofessional. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.
