I would give them no stars if this was an option. Do not waste your money. Appallingly, cheaply made products. I spent over a thousand dollars on a ring for my daughters 21st and was very loath to do so but she had her heart set on it. I told her at the time we would have to take it to one of my jeweller friends to have it reinforced. There were not enough claws for the stone and to be very careful because it was so poorly made. She wore it for an hour at her party and one of the opals fell out and we couldn't find it. My daughter was devastated. We took it back to the store the next business day and they were great in the shop. After that it all went to hell, though. Basically told me we had tampered with the ring. WTF. On their website they tell you their products will last 100 years and will be an heirloom. BS. Do not waste your money. Opals are a delicate stone and are safest in bezel settings. Certainly not in 3 claws. The sales people will tell you they are not for daily use and I agree, but a brand new ring valued at over a grand should last longer than an hour of very careful use.
