Bitterly disappointed with this appalling business. I have shopped at this store for many years, always giving them my service as I live locally. Today I went with a request (2 small hooks to be fitted on a bracelet for my daughter to wear for her wedding next week (original wedding was cancelled during Covid..so a small gathering now planned) I was curtly told it could not be done for another month. With great disappointment (actually shocked..due to my continual support) I asked to buy 2 small links that I can attach...”no I can’t sell you them” Absolutely rude & dismissive. I will never shop there again. This was meant to be a time we support each other.
