Are used to love this place and spend tens of thousands of dollars! This place Hass to be the worst I’ve ever had to deal with in my life.. The manager was quite rude to say the least! The staff couldn’t get anything correct and wasted two hours of our life we will never get back! And then when we decided no we want our money back they made us go away over 30 minutes while they apparently put everything back in the stock you could easily take out money within a second but it will take you longer to give it back absolutely shocking I have over 50,000+ followers I will be putting this all over my social media and I will be contacting head office for further investigation into this crap Servies !! I have spent over the last five years close to $200,000 with JB hi-fi and that is not an over exaggeration including my family I don’t think we’re gonna continue and we’re going to go to Harvey Norman moving forward what a shame!!
