Lovisa Morley Galleria: Jess and her team members are professional and go above and beyond customer service. My 7-year-old daughter is very sensitive and wanted to get her ears pierced for the first time. Jess was very supportive. My daughter used the numbing cream prior to getting her ears pierced, which took longer than expected. Jess went above and beyond her role and stayed back after her shift. She felt little pain. My daughter has had a great experience and is very happy with her new earrings. There is also a spray they recommend, which works amazingly to stop infection. I have never met staff members at Lovisa, that are so caring. My daughter wants to always pop in and see Jess and her team members just to say Hi and thank them for the good service received.. I thoroughly recommend this place for piercing ears. Thank you Jess you're a star.
