the service I received today was horrible, all of my cuticles are cut up to the point of bleeding from over filing. All my nails are different lengths, the shape wasn’t even finished before the lady went to walk away and I had to ask for it to be finished. 3 different people did my nails and when asking for the French the lady was visibly frustrated. To be charged $80 for this service is ridiculous.

Went in for a pedicure, 4 adult female workers sat at table on their phones while a teenage boy came and did my pedi. He had no idea what he was doing, was copying young male next to him doing a pedi. Was using mail file and filing my skin instead of nails, no pressure or time duration with rubbing in scrub, no massage with moisturiser. What a waste of money, feet look and feel the same as when I walked in!
