Manager at Mandurah Forum Telstra - he is arrogant and unhelpful. On a little power trip. Thinks he is awfully important but has no people skills. Extremely disappointing. I would rather go to another store than deal with him. I hate having to go to Telstra at the best of times, it really is such effort for them to do anything for you. Perhaps, after 20 years I should change over to another phone company as I am always disappointed

We waited for 2 1/2 hours yesterday before we could get to go in. Then another 2 hours just ti get to change oor plan. We thought all is well we got to the car park and found that we could not make any phone call. Back to the store and we were told to wait 24 hours before we can get connected. As of this morning 12/2 we are still not connected. Back to the store and we were told we have to wait another couple of hours before we can get to see someone ??? So much for service ....
