Terrible service my screen was a faulty fix and literally falling off but I was told to go away!!!! And find a manager!

Do not go here. They replaced my battery in my iPhone X. When I got the phone back the power button and volume button weren't working and phone was randomly switching off. I took it back for them to have a look straight away with the receipt which had a 3 month warranty They refused to look at it and just kept saying do an update also constantly pretending the technician wasn't in. I took to another phone repairer which found they not only used a very poorly degraded second hand battery but they had not connected some connectors correctly as well as not securing the battery in. This is borderline illegal. I would like to take it further.
