Will never by from be games again thanks to there mistake I most likely won’t have a Christmas present for my girls I payed for. Customer service refuse to refund me or resend me a new one until they have mine which they don’t know where it is be delivered to the place it was not meant to go. Customer service did not call me back like promised did not get there manger to call me like promised they pretty much did not care my girls will not have there gift that I payed for due to the mistake they admitted to making. After speaking with customer service I rang manger at halls head who is unable to help me as it apparently has to go threw customer service but listened to me and showed me the respect I deserve Thankyou Josh the head office needs people like you there ps still waiting for the manger to call me still no switch
