Went to buy a fridge and was assured by the salesperson that as part of upgrading delivery our old fridge would be taken away. This turned out to be a lie! As we were going up to pay, I was quickly convince to upgrade my telstra phone plan as I would be paying the same amount but would have increased data. We were given no details and were made to sign the contract as we were paying for our fridge with no time to read anything. Found out 4 weeks later when I went to upgrade my phone that there was a $290 disconnection fee which of course was not mentioned. Be very careful here. The staff at this store have no problems lying or not disclosing information. I will be lodging a complaint with consumer rights
