I have never had a worse experience. DO NOT USE THESE 'mechanics' I was told to leave my car there for an hour so the car could be looked over (simply wanted a wheel alignment), everything was fine.. then they came up with alllll these new faults when I left my car with them. Wanted to charge me another $500. Also lied about parts being the "last in WA" when I called around, I found out this was not true. I wish I read the reviews before I went here, because I'm now dealing with exactly what other people have said they dealt with. I just hope my car is ok after they are through with it.
