Absolutely terrible customer service and warranty! I purchased a faulty $6000 Tag watch from Mazzucchelli's, it stopped working after 2 weeks! Its been in for repair more than I have actually had the watch for the past year!! And they will still not exchange or refund...… Be aware! Once they have your money they don't want to know you!
