Got 2 keys for gate lock made, takes 10 seconds to inserts key into barrell - so difficult, after that I can turn barrell, went back to ask Cobbler Plus to try again, they were not interested, also no refund. Their comment: "Technically it's working". The original keys that came with the lock work fine, very smooth, lock is new, bought on 24.7.21. Cobbler staff had same problem inserting the keys. CAN NOT RECOMMEND THAT COBBLER PLUS. Won't go back there. $19.50 wasted - Now I need to see a proper locksmith to make some simple keys.
