Not happy with my eyebrow wax & tint. Big chunk missing from my eyebrow, they blamed me??? Never going back

Went to this place 10yrs ago and loved the job. Then went the week of my wedding and still cringe at the photos years later. I thought I would give them another go this week. I asked for gel and got acrylic. They were rude and I felt pushed around. My nails look like I have blobs of colour, they are the wrong shape and I spent the week extracting the excess glob from under my nails. I was in tears when I got home, just the same as when they did my wedding nails. NEVER AGAIN

Staff were friendly. Disappointed in pedicure though. Was told it included a foot and leg massage but just got a very quick rough leg and foot rub. Was there for 50 mins and 20 of that was waiting for nails to dry. Disappointed unfortunately.
