Rude and incompetent. I went it to get my Rolex fixed (the logo badge fell off inside the face of the watch which needed to be glued/fixed back on) However after having received my watch back after 4 weeks!!!! It came back more damaged than when I gave it to him to repair. The badge was glued back on so shoddy. There was glue residue everywhere on my watch. It then turned out that because he had to open the watch to glue the badge back on - he completely messed up all the setting mechanisms in the watch dial meaning I couldn’t change the time anymore, I couldn’t manually wind up my watch like before (it’s a self winding watch), and I couldn’t change the date dial anymore. I went back, told him the further damaged he caused. He ended up raising his voice at me - like I was someone stupid - and denied all further damages, only when I walked away he said “ok ok I fox free of charge”. 5 weeks later!!! Still no watch back. I call him, he says it was fixed ages ago. So I go to pick up my watch, try to manually wind my watch because it stopped running due to lack of movement. Now my watch doesn’t manually wind - and when I try to wind it, the watch DE-WINDS itself and vibrates while unwinding... it now also runs 20 minutes slow or just stops all together because I am unable to wind my watch. BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVWR RECEIVED AND HE FUCKED MY ROLEX! I now have to pay a Rolex specialist to repair the extensive damages Nova has caused and it’s going to cost me $190!!!!
