I phoned this shop at 4.15 in the afternoon and was told to "hold on'. 17 minutes later I ended the call as I could hear the ladies chatting away, they had obviously forgotten the call. I tried a number of times to call back but the service had been switched off in spite of the fact the shop only closes at 5. Not good service
