Not a good experience. Forget the fact they left me sitting there for half an hour without telling me there was a wait, Pedicures are alright here, however, I've gotten a manicure twice before and they have no actually listened to me and what I wanted. When I was paying and trying to inform the staff of my unhappiness and why, once again they did not listen and just spoke over the top of me. They eventually offered for me to sit back down but I had already been there for an hour and half and no one has that kind of time on their hands. Be careful if you choose to go here, I wanted my nail length to stay and the worker filed them off anyways and suggested I do a round nail when my nails are naturally very square and it looks ridiculous. I will not be returning.

I have been going here for years and the service and quality has become sub standard. I walked out today with a feral set of nails and no apology for anyone who works there. Shame that everytime I go I am charged a different price?
