Hi I came in Eastland Telstra Sat 20/3/21 and was helped by Mitch. I just want to give him a 5 STAR review - I had a big ongoing problem with my 83 yr old mum's Telstra bill which was giving her sleepless nights because Telstra Billing were stuffing her up. Anyway sat down with Mitch who was Professional, Courteous, Friendly and most of all FIXED EVERYTHING up in 15 mins. THANK YOU MITCH
