Stay away, they destroy shirts. Was a customer at Bright and Beautiful for over 5 years however recently service and quality has really gone down. Last two occasions on using Bright and Beautiful to have my work shirts washed and pressed I found multiple buttons had been crushed on a number of shirts. I called to provide feedback and all the staff member could say was “buttons no warranty”. Very poor customer service and will be taking my business elsewhere.
