Preston Markets car park is managed by City of Darebin. There is street parking available around the market - please check street signs. Parking at Preston Market on market days: It's pretty easy - the first 2 hours are free (ticket still required) and $2.50 for each additional hour (maximum stay of 4 hours). 1. Wake up the machine by pressing the big circle button, 2. Enter your vehicle registration number, 3. Press the green tick to print your FREE ticket (for first two hours), 4. To add up to 2 hours after your FREE period, press the 1 button and start payment. A ticket must be displayed on your dashboard at all times. Parking at Preston Market on non-market Days: Sunday, Monday & Tuesday, $2.50 per hour. You must purchase a ticket and display it on your dashboard.
