A large portion of Pakenham Place shopping centre consists of empty shops and a number of retailers listed have since moved on ,Target ,Blue sea fish,Jessie pizza, Effie chicken, Rock punk clothing have since moved on . The area beside and surrounding Coles has basically been abandoned since tradesmen walked off the site early last month . The area is meant to be revamped with specialty stores ,cafes and an Aldi store ,don’t hold your breath waiting for this to take place it looks like the developer has abandoned the site
